My baking journey started when I was just 8 years old, whipping up treats from boxed mixes in my family’s kitchen. Over the years, my love for baking (and cooking) has grown especially for bread. For the past four years, I’ve been diving deep into the world of sourdough, experimenting with recipes, and perfecting my technique.
Creating Local Loaf was a way to combine my hobby of baking with my interest in website creation and content generation. Here, I share my favorite recipes, tips, and stories, aiming to inspire and support bakers of all levels.
